I met an incredible YouTuber named Andru Edwards who has shared tips on how to grow YouTube Channel. He has a channel named “Gear live” with more than 100k subscribers which has information regarding the trends about Consumer Electronics, Gadgets and Games. He shared the secret behind his successful entrepreneur journey is that he always thinks of himself as a “Content Creator” rather than YouTuber.
There are many more interesting points he shared with me that I listed out for you.
Never consider YouTube as a file storage unit. Once a video is uploaded communication should be continuous with the subscribers and being in touch with the viewers will help to have continuous feedback.

Focusing only on YouTube will limit one’s access to other platforms. Promote on every social media platform to increase visibility to get more subscribers. One should treat themselves as a content creator rather than YouTuber which will increase their growth and help to have more subscribers.
When you get a sponsor, it should not be a one-time thing. Once a sponsor should always be your sponsor. Maintain proper communication with your sponsor and try to promote their products or services in your channel through making review videos or how to do videos. This will add a value to your sponsor and to the viewer.
Follow the brand you want to work on every social media (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram) and be a constant communicator with them to be in contact with the brand.
